The IISA school counselors assist students in achieving academic success, social responsibility and personal development. A main responsibility of the counseling department is also to assist students in clarifying and planning their admission to post-secondary education through career and college advisement. The counselors embrace a community-oriented philosophy. We believe that all members of our school community: counselors, parents, students, teachers, administrators and support staff, need to work together to develop the potential of every student.
