The following must be on file before the student can formally register at IISA:

1. Verification of Syrian Ministry of Education permission, if applicable. Permission must be on file before student may register and attend classes.
2. Completion of application Enrollment Form.
3. Academic records from previous school.
4. Photocopy of prospective student's father's passport.
5. Photocopy of student's birth certificate or passport.
6. Two recent photographs for the student's academic file.
7. The Enrollment Understanding Form must be signed by parent(s) at the time of formal registration.
8. Universal Field Trip and Bus Permission forms must be signed by parent(s) at the time of formal registration.
9. Initial interview/testing completed.
10. The non-refundable interview/testing fee is required at the time of application.
11. Parents visit school accountant's office to pay the first semester tuition.
12. Parents are asked to complete the IISA Health Record Form as soon as possible so that it can be filed in the school doctor's office.
